1. General Refund Information

We strive to provide premium digital services. Due to the digital nature of our SMM panel and SaaS subscription items, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to the rules below.

2. SMM Services

Orders that have been successfully processed and delivered cannot be refunded. Partial refunds may be provided if an order could not be completed at all and is marked as "Partial" or "Canceled" by the system.

3. Web Development

Web development projects are subject to their specific contracts. Advance payments are non-refundable once the project strategy and initial design phase have commenced.

4. SaaS Products

SaaS subscription purchases (e.g., Canva, ChatGPT Plus) are verified instantly. If the credentials provided do not work or the account drops within the promised warranty period, we will first attempt to replace the account. If we are unable to replace it, a pro-rated refund will be given.

5. How to Request a Refund
